Our commitment

Brightside Living wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

What we are working toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We review the site periodically and fix barriers as we find them. Some third-party content and older pages may not yet fully conform.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site is difficult to use, or you need information from it in another format, tell us and we will get it to you another way. We aim to respond within three business days.

Accessibility of our homes

Our houses vary in layout and accessibility. If you have mobility, sensory, or other accessibility needs, call us before applying and we will tell you honestly what each home can and cannot accommodate, and help you find an alternative if we are not the right fit.

Nondiscrimination

Brightside Living does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, or disability. We do not deny housing to participants receiving medication-assisted treatment.
