House Leader (Live-in)

Lead the daily rhythm of a Brightside home. Live on-site, hold structure, support residents. Two years sober minimum.

Admissions Counselor

First point of contact for prospective residents and families. Compassionate phone presence, fast follow-through.

Clinical Liaison

Coordinate with referring therapists, IOPs, MAT providers, and courts. LCSW, LPC, or equivalent preferred.

Family Support Coordinator

Lead weekly family check-ins, monthly family nights, and Al-Anon-aligned support programming.

Peer Recovery Specialist

CPRS certified or willing to earn. Walk alongside residents in daily recovery work and community building.

Operations Associate

Keep the homes running — vendor coordination, scheduling, supplies, compliance, the unglamorous everything.
