Recovery isn't a bed. It's a blueprint.

Most sober living offers a place to stay. Brightside offers a fully structured, non-clinical recovery home — communal and accountable — where lasting change becomes possible.
01

Structure

Daily schedules, house meetings, curfews, drug testing, and shared household chores. Structure is the scaffolding recovery gets built on.

02

Community

Men and women recover better with men and women who get it. Brightside cultivates real, accountable friendships — not roommates.

03

Your Choice of Care

Sober living at Brightside is non-clinical housing. Participants keep or choose any clinical provider — including outside therapists, psychiatrists, and MAT prescribers — and housing never depends on that choice. Brightside’s outpatient treatment services are a separate program.

04

Purpose

Employment, education, fitness, service, faith — every participant builds a life that's worth protecting from relapse.

1

Wake & morning meditation

Mindfulness, journaling, and a shared breakfast set the tone.

2

Work, school, or service

Participants work, attend school, or volunteer during the day.

3

Group dinner

Shared meals build the muscle of Community and honest conversation.
4

House meeting or 12-step

Recovery work — together, on the same page, every night.

5

Wind down & curfew

Rest is part of the work. Sleep restores the person you're becoming.

Safety first

Random drug testing, on-site house leadership, and clear rules — applied consistently.

Built for the long arc

Recovery is built over years, not days — and we’re here for the long haul.

Family-included

With the participant’s permission, families stay informed and part of the journey.
